Teach you how to deal with copper passivation

Instructions:

1. Degreasing and degreasing, removing oil stains on the surface, no need to process this step if the surface is clean

2. Passivation, soak for 15 minutes to fully react

3. Over water, soak for 5 minutes

Reminder: 1) Copper materials need to be passivated as soon as possible after turning or polishing, because copper materials oxidize and change color quickly in the air.

           2) Before proceeding to the next process, the liquid medicine and scum remaining on the surface of the copper material must be rinsed with clean water.

Precautions:

1. Do not splash the passivation liquid on the eyes or face. If you touch it by mistake, rinse it with water immediately, otherwise it will cause harm to people.

2. The tank used for passivation treatment can be a plastic tank or a stainless steel tank, preferably plastic.

3. The waste liquid can be discharged directly, which is harmless to the environment.

4. However, it should be kept away from direct sunlight, and should be sealed and stored when not in use. The storage condition is below 45 degrees Celsius.

As a common non-ferrous metal material, copper is commonly used in daily life. Since most metals are easy to oxidize and rust, copper is no exception. In order to better ensure the oxidation of copper, passivation is also a good way.
